Privacy and cookies

Here is the full account of what happens when you visit this site, what data is collected and what you get to decide.

Who processes the data

The data controller is STUDIO KUBLA SOC. COOP., Viale della Vittoria 9, 63822 Porto San Giorgio (FM), Italy, VAT IT02333560445. For anything concerning your data you can write to info@studiokubla.com.

Anonymous analytics, without cookies

We use Vercel Analytics, a tool that counts visits without setting cookies and without recognising returning visitors: it creates no identifier for your device and does not let us reconstruct any individual’s path. It tells us how many pages are viewed and from what kind of device, nothing more. It requires no consent precisely because it does not identify you, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.

Google Analytics: only if you accept

If you consent through the banner, Google Analytics is also loaded; it sets cookies on your device and enables more detailed analysis. If you decline, or simply do not choose, the tool is not loaded at all: it does not merely sit idle, it never enters the page. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time further down this page. Google LLC is based in the United States: by accepting, data collected through the cookies may be transferred there, under the safeguards of the European adequacy framework. We have enabled IP anonymisation.

No other tracking

There are no advertising pixels, we use no remarketing tools and we sell data to no one. The typefaces are served from our own servers rather than Google’s: opening a page, your browser contacts no external service.

Technical connection data

Like any website, the server hosting it records the technical data needed to deliver pages: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. These serve to run and protect the site; they are not used to identify people and are not cross-referenced with other information. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., acting as data processor.

The film: it starts only if you ask

One case study contains a film hosted on YouTube. Until you press play nothing is loaded: in place of the player you see a still image served from our own servers, and no request reaches Google. The moment you choose to watch it, the player is loaded from YouTube in its no-cookie version, and at that point Google receives your IP address, as on any site hosting a video. If you don’t click, nothing happens.

If you write to us

There are no forms on the site: contact goes through an email address. If you write to us, we process what you send — name, address, the content of your message — in order to reply and to manage any working relationship. Mail is on Google Workspace. We keep messages for as long as the correspondence requires and, should you become a client, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use or object to the processing, by writing to info@studiokubla.com. We reply within thirty days. If you believe your data is being handled improperly you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it).
